ALL SALES ARE FINAL

For the health, safety, and hygiene protection of our customers, all intimate apparel is FINAL SALE and NON-RETURNABLE.

This policy applies to:

• Panties and intimate bottoms

• Lingerie bottoms and sets containing intimate bottoms

• Bodysuits and other intimate garments

• Bikini bottoms

• One-piece swimsuits

• Swimwear sets

Due to the intimate nature of these products and sanitary concerns, we DO NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on the items listed above once purchased.

Please carefully review all product descriptions, sizing information, colors, and styles before completing your order.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly after delivery. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution when applicable.

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 10–15 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Shipping and delivery times may vary during holidays, sales, high-volume periods, severe weather, or carrier delays.

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information when available.
